Artist Reflections
In the most difficult seasons of life, our relationship with the divine can shift. When something feels deeply unjust or senseless, it’s natural to start questioning, to wonder whether there’s meaning, protection, or purpose behind what we’re going through. Anime Vaghe was born from that space of doubt, but also from the quiet resilience that can emerge when answers don’t come.
I’ve seen how the silence of God, or the feeling of abandonment, doesn’t always lead to despair; sometimes, it lights a fire. It pushes us to become more active, more present, more rooted in our own strength. When we stop waiting for rescue, we sometimes begin to rise.
