Information processed in my professional activities and on this website

In my professional activities, I do not collect personal data about you unless you contact me. If you drop me a line, I may process your name, your email address and any other information that you choose to give me. Any personal data I may collect will only be processed in compliance with the law.

Concerning the use of this website, some data is collected automatically, or with your consent, when you visit and enter the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page view).

The web-hosting provider of this website is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (hereinafter IONOS). Newsletter Subscription via MailPoet

If you choose to subscribe to my newsletter via the form on this website, your personal data, such as email address, and if provided, your name, will be processed for the purpose of sending you news, updates, and information about my music and professional activities. During the subscription process, your IP address and the date and time of your subscription are also processed, for the purpose of verifying your consent and preventing misuse of the service.

This website uses the MailPoet plugin (a service provided by Automattic Inc.), free version, to manage the newsletter subscription and delivery. MailPoet processes certain information, for example, email open rates or click rates, via its own servers, to provide statistics on newsletter performance.

When you subscribe, information such as your email address, name (if provided), IP address at time of subscription, date/time of subscription, and interaction data (such as opens or clicks) is processed. 

The data you provide will only be used to send you the newsletter and will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.

Your personal data is stored securely on the server of my web hosting provider (IONOS SE), located in Germany.

If in the future I change the newsletter service provider (e.g. switch to another newsletter platform), your subscriber data may be securely transferred to a new service provider, in compliance with data protection regulations. In such a case, I will update this privacy policy accordingly.
